David W. Goodman, Esq., C.P.A.
David was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and is a fourth generation Arizonan. David has over thirty years of experience in partnership and corporate taxation, individual tax compliance and planning, non-profit, trust and estate planning. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, David is also a member of the California Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in California and before the U.S. Tax Court. *David is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Arizona. Bryan W. Goodman, Esq., M.S. Tax
Bryan received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona School of Law and holds a Master of Taxation degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Bryan was honored to serve for two years as a judicial law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Eileen Hollowell. Following his judicial clerkship, Bryan was an associate attorney with one of Arizona’s oldest and most reputable law firms for over three years. Bryan’s practice areas include tax, bankruptcy and estate planning. Bryan is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants and is admitted to practice law in all courts in Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
